There is no place better than the Carolina mountains. Here, life is getting outdoors with friends and family.
We trek woodland trails, forage for native edibles, bike gnarly hills and tease Rainbow Trout with the perfectly tied fly. We celebrate family and friends with cookouts. Play a fierce game of disc-golf with buddies on fields ringed with peaks. In winter, we clamp on snowshoes or cross country skis to kick and glide through the silent forest.
We rejoice in sweat. We endure. We test our bodies and our souls.
And then…we celebrate.
UpCountry Brewing is a celebration of the richness of the Carolina mountains. For us brewing beer is our way to share our love of being outdoors in our mountains.
It’s our goal to make a beer that perfectly accompanies every activity. No matter how you decide to enjoy the outdoors. So head UpCountry – and Taste the Carolinas!
A lightly hopped kettle sour that is tart and refreshing!
Dark ruby red in color with the hoppiness of an IPA due to the extensive use of late addition hopping and dry hopping with Falconer’s Flight.
For thousands of years, civilizations have cultivated Rye for many purposes. We chose to add 33% Rye to this Ale, and fermented it at a cooler temperature resulting in a bold finish.
We didn’t add any hops to the boil, yet this beer has over 3lbs per barrel of Centennial and Chinook hops.
